Description: Pulping and screening unit. Serial No. PS3361. Two continuous screening units for sieving different products and two 250-liter insulated tanks for cooking and mixing the pulp. A pump at the outlet of the tanks pumps the product to the tubular heat exchanger. Constructed of AISI 304 stainless steel. Total length: 2000 mm. Width: 1600 mm. Height: 3300 mm. Screening unit motor power: 2 x 4 kW. Stirrer motor power: 2 x 0.75 kW. Outlet pump motor power: 1.5 kW. Total power: 11 kW. Components: Two screening units. The product is discharged by elevator into the first screening unit, descends through the hopper where it is crushed by the screen. The resulting product then passes to the second screening unit. Product diversion pipe. Constructed of stainless steel, it collects the product at the outlet of the second conveyor and transfers it to one of two 250-liter tanks. These tanks are insulated and equipped with a stirrer for mixing and cooking the product. A product outlet pump supplies the heat exchanger. A three-way valve is located at the outlet of the tubular heat exchanger. If the temperature is not correct, the product is returned to the cooking tanks instead of being sent to the dosing unit. A stainless steel platform provides access for cleaning and maintenance.
